Responsible Minerals Sourcing Policy Statement

2024 2024-05-24 16:37:49

Conflict minerals refer to Tungsten, Tin, Tantalum, Gold, cobalt , Mica and other metals purchased from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and its surrounding countries. These countries or regions have high social responsibility risks, such as frequent unrest, the existence of illegal armed groups, serious violations of human rights and labor rights, and inadequate environmental management.

We are dedicated to upholding international conventions and industry initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains in Conflict-affected and High-risk Areas, and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). We do not support or use any illegal minerals that violate international regulations and human rights.

To achieve this goal, we pledge to:

- Impose requirements on suppliers to conduct due diligence to ensure that their products do not contain conflict minerals.

- Provide due diligence results to our clients and actively disclose the findings of conflict mineral investigations.

- Continuously monitor and support supply chain partners to ensure transparency regarding conflict minerals.
